A nourishing diet and regular physical activity are both essential for overall good health.
The topics of nutrition and fitness have therefore been amalgamated for a series of unique personalised sessions.
The aim of this programme is to optimise your diet and fitness level. It is also to show you that, even with little time and at a low cost, it is possible to achieve regular healthy meals and also fit effective physical activity into a busy day.
Scientific research is constantly linking poor diet and a lack of physical activity with diseases common today.
Why not be sure about the basics of good nutrition and fitness and feel the benefits yourself ?
The programme starts with an assessment of your current diet and fitness level. An individualised programme will then be designed to optimise these, ensuring any goals set fit in with your lifestyle. Written programme materials will be provided.
A six or twelve week programme is available and one to one sessions will be run by Sharon Ling, Nutritional Therapist and Sally Vaughan, Personal Trainer.
